The objective of field hockey is to score goals by hitting a small, hard ball into the opponent's net using specially designed sticks. Players use one side of the stick to control and pass the ball, and the other side, which has a curved shape, to hit the ball for shooting and scoring.

The game is played in two halves, each lasting a specific amount of time, with a halftime break in between. The team with the most goals at the end of the match wins.

An ice hockey team typically consists of six players, including a goaltender. The objective is to score goals by shooting a small, vulcanized rubber disc called a puck into the opponent's net. Players use hockey sticks to control, pass, and shoot the puck.

Ice hockey is played in three periods, each lasting a specific amount of time. Teams change ends after each period, and the team with the most goals at the end of the game wins.

In both versions of hockey, players must follow specific rules regarding player positioning, fouls, and penalties. Hockey is known for its high level of skill, speed, and physicality, making it a thrilling and entertaining sport to watch and play. Additionally, there are several international competitions and leagues dedicated to both field hockey and ice hockey, showcasing some of the best teams and players from around the world.
